SUGGESTED USE:

To achieve the best results with Skinny Magic:

Day 1 and 2 take one capsule with 8 to 12 ounces of water 30 minutes before breakfast.
Day 3 and 4 take one capsule with 8 to 12 ounces of water 30 minutes before breakfast and if additional Energy and Appetite Control is desired, take one capsule with 8 to 12 ounces of water 30 minutes before or after lunch.
Day 5 and thereafter take one or two capsules daily as needed. If two capsules a day is too much, decrease dosage to your preference.
It is not necessary to take the maximum dosage to receive the best benefits. Do not exceed 3 capsules daily. Do not take your last dose within 7 hours of going to sleep as sleep may be impaired.

Recommended:

Week 1 – Take for 6 Days and have one “Cheat Day”
Week 2 – Take for 5 Days and have two “Cheat Days”
Alternate Weeks – Repeat this process alternating weeks until you reach your goal.
