How does it work?

As time goes on, more layers of our Terra beadlets will dissolve, allowing sustained benefits so there’s no hard-hitting crash like other products.
How to use:
“We recommend starting with a half dose (1 pill) to start. After a few days add an additional pill for the full serving (2 pills).
