How is TheraCran One different from drinking cranberry juice?

TheraCran One is virtually calorie- and sugar-free. In comparison, 10 ounces of cranberry juice cocktail has approximately 175 calories and 37 grams of sugar, more than a can of Coke®. People with diabetes can safely take TheraCran One since it is sugar-free and will not affect their blood sugar levels as juice will.

TheraCran One is less expensive than juice. One cranberry capsule per day of TheraCran One costs about 20% less than the equivalent amount of cranberry juice.

TheraCran One does not become less potent over time. Dried cranberry extract is stable, but cranberry juice can become less potent the longer it sits on a shelf.natural

No. There are no expected side effects from TheraCran One. Any person with a known allergy to cranberries should not take TheraCran One.

Q. Can I take this supplement if I am pregnant?

Yes, it can be taken during pregnancy. Studies have shown that cranberry supports urinary tract health in pregnant women.*

Q. Can children take it?

Yes. The recommended dose is half (1/2) a capsule per day for children under 70 pounds, and one capsule per day for children 70 pounds and over. You can open the capsule and mix the contents with other food such as applesauce, pudding, or yogurt.

Q. Can it be taken along with other nutritional supplements?

Yes. It can be taken along with other nutritional supplements. There are no known nutritional supplement interactions with this product.

Q. Does this supplement interact with prescription medications?

No, it is not likely to interact with any prescription medications.

At one time it was thought cranberry would increase how long warfarin (Coumadin®), a blood thinner, is in the body, and increase the chances of bruising and bleeding. But recent studies have shown that there is no significant interaction.

If you take warfarin (Coumadin), however, it is important to continue to closely monitor your INR levels once you start taking this supplement.

As with any dietary supplement, it is recommended you discuss with your pharmacist and or healthcare team to clarify whether this can be taken along with your medications.

    This product has been incredibly effective at preventing and diminishing the symptoms of UTIs as well as general urinary irritation. It works by preventing organisms from attaching to the wall of the UT so they can be pee’d out instead of accumulating and causing infection. I read on Consumerlab that Theracran has more active ingredient than the more expensive Ellura, which I was already taking. Theracran was clearly more effective even from the first dose. It’s also more effective than d-mannose. Royalty Health is the least expensive seller I’ve found. Truly a gamechanger for me and I’m sure a lot of other women.
